The Board approved the contract with Vigil Contracting to replace cafeteria serving lines and equipment & remove walls at KES to make room for a walk in refrigerator and freezer. Fiscal Impact: $240,427.73. Budget Source: Food Service Fund Balance.

The Board approved the ProCare Therapy contract for Speech and Language services. Fiscal Impact: Not to exceed $42,000.00. Budget Source: FY 23 Unrestricted Operating Budget; Special Education Contract.

The Board approved the leasing through JP Morgan for two (2) Thomas Saf-T-Line C2-51 passenger Special Needs Buses. Fiscal Impact: $296,057.52. Budget Source: Unrestricted Current Expense Transportation Budget.

The Board approved the contract with American Bus Sales and Services to purchase two (2) 2021 Thomas Built Minotour buses. Fiscal Impact: $146,000.00. Budget Source: FY23 Year End Funds.

The Board approved the leasing through Enterprise Fleet Management of a Ford 2022 Model F-250 Series XL 4x4 SD Regular Cab. Fiscal Impact: $1,239.71 per month. Budget Source: Unrestricted Current Expense Transportation Budget.
