The Mission Night Market aims to bring diverse people together under the night sky in a celebration of culture, community and connection.

Mission Night Market is the 2nd Friday of each month May-October from 6P-10P.

Each month Mission Night Market will provide opportunities to local producers to share healthy foods, new businesses can get their feet wet, musicians will reach new audiences community groups will get to share their programs and all of us get to gather as neighbors.

The Youngstown Flea hosts a “Market For Makers” once per month right in the heart of the Downtown Youngstown area. This market is dedicated to local/regional vendors of hand-made, antique and repurposed wood/metal/furniture, vintage clothing, and collectibles. We hand select the best picks in town who have a true passion for creating. 2019 Flea Dates: April 20 / May 11 / June 15 / July 13 / Aug 17 / Sept 7 / Oct 5

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the gate. The first 150 ticket purchasers get a free wine charm made by Goodness Grows.

Proceeds benefit the Columbiana Area Tourism Bureau, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of Columbiana’s unique heritage and sustainable tourism designed to contribute to the area’s economic growth. The charity hosts the Joy of Christmas and Wine Festival events annually, collaborates with local businesses and works in conjunction with the Columbiana Chamber of Commerce.

We had our second mission trip visit and got so much accomplished! Big thanks to New Wilmington Presbyterian Church in New Wilmington, PA for all their hard work and enthusiasm. From demolition to building, carrying cinder blocks to painting rocks - they did it all! We had a great day with this bunch and appreciate everything they worked on here, as well as their good humor, teamwork, and love of Jungle Jam! We are now looking forward to next week and our third group of the summer. We love mission groups!

Despite the slow start to this very rainy growing season, things are coming along. More and more of our crops are growing and our CSA shares have been full of good things. We have also supplemented our produce with items from farms such as Zimmerman's, Horst, and Huffman's. We are lucky to have so many great local farms in our community! It is an exciting and delicious time of the year as we harvest all sorts of crops from our gardens, fields, and raised beds. Our crew is doing a great job and working hard!

The Youth Group of Common Ground Church Community spent a service day here at GG. They pitched in with weeding, planting, and painting. We love having groups of helpful and fun folks helping with all the tasks we do here and this bunch did great! We look forward to another day with them next week!
