Our uniform is part of our Marist identity and something to wear with pride.

ANZAC DAY
HUB 1.....
HUB 2.....
Hub 2 were surprised when they returned from holidays to find Hub 2 transformed into World War 1 trenches. They spent the day working 'in the trenches' learning about the ANZACS and responding in a variety of ways. Here are some independent poems written from the trenches. Well done, soldiers.
In World War Two my great grandfather (William Frederick Thomson “ Bill”) was in the War and fought for many years and won four medals. They are very special to my family because they represent his bravery and how he was protecting the country. There are two stars. One is the 1939-1945 star and has 6 points and is bronze.
The ribbon colours are dark blue red and light blue . It represents the army and airforce. The next one’s ribbon is dark blue, green, yellow, light blue and red.
It is the pacific star awarded for operational service in the pacific between 8 December 1941 and 2 september 1945. Dark green for jungle yellow for beaches red for army dark blue for navy and light blue for air force.By Olivia

MARIST MEALS
This year we are continuing with Marist Meals - a pastoral care initiative. These meals are provided to families in the school & parish community when a little extra support is needed (e.g. a new baby, sickness, bereavement). With the impact of covid and many of our school and parish families isolating or unwell, it would be great if we could fill up the freezer so we can help lighten the load for families during these challenging times.
If you would like to contribute, we welcome any homemade, brought meals or baking for our freezer. Meals can be dropped off to the school office.
Containers available at the school office.
ST MARYS FOODBANK NEED YOUR HELP
St Mary's Parish Foodbank is feeding nearly 2000 a month. PLEASE remember them when you are shopping - they are in desperate need of donations! Anything you can contribute will be very much appreciated.
There is a box on the front porch of the presbytery.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support!
