COUNT OF APPROVED MEAL APPLICATIONS ~ VERIFICATION REPORT

Begins October 1!

All CEs must count approved meal applications as of October 1st.

*Because October 1st falls on a weekend, numbers can be counted Monday, October 2nd. However, the count must only include numbers through October 1st.

Detailed guidance is available in Section 6: Verification of the Administrator’s Reference Manual (ARM).

November 1: Verification Reporting begins
November 15: Sample verification MUST be completed
November 28: Verification Report submission deadline

VERIFICATION REPORT

The Verification Report (JotForm) is available for CEs to submit test submissions. All test submissions will be cleared October 31st. Official reporting begins November 1st. CEs may begin completing the Verification Report as early as November 1st, however any CEs verifying applications should complete all verification activity prior to submission.
