
Spirit Week Arrives!

SPIRIT WEEK: OCTOBER 10-13
Be sure to dress up each day to represent the senior class and earn points toward the Spirit Stick!
***Seniors with late arrival should go to your house office to be counted***
T-SHIRTS
For seniors who have preordered, class T-shirts will be distributed in English classes (or Social Studies if English is off-site) beginning Tuesday, October 10. For seniors who have not preordered, T-shirts will be available for purchase for $10 Tuesday, October 10 – Thursday, October 12 after school in room 339. Please direct any questions regarding class dues or preordered t-shirts to christine_schotthoefer@webstercsd.org.
PEP RALLY
Pep Rally teams are being created from seniors who expressed interest though the Google Form. Chosen participants will be notified and will receive a press pass to gain access to the field on Pep Rally day! Final rosters will also be posted to our Google Classroom.
MOST SPIRITED TITANS
During Spirit Week, be sure to visit our Google Classroom to nominate one senior who embodies school spirit by noon on Thursday, October 12. The top two seniors will represent the class as our Most Spirited Titans and will have a special role at the pep rally!
CAN JAM
All Spirit Week long, classes will compete against each other to race to the ceiling in a food/goods drive. All items are appreciated, but the items below have been identified as higher need. Bring items and place them in the senior bin!

Interested in careers in the construction industry?
Are you interested in careers in the construction industry? If so please join us for an interactive construction field trip on October 19th. Students will be able to network with employers, apprenticeship programs and college representatives. There will also be hands-on activities and equipment demonstrations! Spots are limited so please visit the counseling center for a permission slip ASAP.

Do you want to see history come alive or just love to travel to new places? If so, you still have time to enroll for the student educational trip to Italy where you’ll visit major cities: Venice, Florence, and Rome in July 2025!

Girls XC
The girls cross country team bested Brighton and Penfield, but fell a little short of Victor. The Titans finish the regular season with a 7 and 4 record. Senior Natalia S placed second individually, while junior Caroline M was seventh.
Boys XC
The Titan boys cross country team capped off its regular season with wins over Brighton, Penfield, and Victor yesterday at Harris Whalen to finish with a 10 and 1 record. Senior Jerry L won his third individual league race, while fellow senior Michael L took fourth.
Girls Tennis
The Girls are in Sectional play this week. The girls beat Spencerport and lost to Penfield this week. Ending their run in team sectionals. First singles player Cassie S and 1st doubles team of Abby R and Destinee L will compete in individual sectional play next week.
Boys Soccer
The Boys lost to a tough Churchville team Monday evening 4-1.
Girls Soccer
The Girls beat Rush Henrietta Tuesday evening 7-0. Sophie E and Catherine Rodgers each had 3 goals and Addie S had a goal. Senior Goalkeepers JJ B and Makenna C combined for the shutout on Senior Night.
Field Hockey
Field Hockey traveled to Fairport Monday evening and pulled off a big 2-1 win to remain undefeated. Frankie R and Hannah V scored the Titan Goals. Maddie S made crucial saves throughout the game to preserve the win.
The team was back in action Wednesday against Penfield. They won 3-0. Maddie S had the shutout in goal. This win secured the top seed in Sectionals and continued the Titans undefeated season.
Girls Volleyball
The Girls host Rush Henrietta Thursday night. Game time 6:30pm
Boys Volleyball
Webster boys volleyball traveled to Pavilion last night and came away with a three set victory to move their record to 9-2. Nate W, Carter C and Bodey G combined to distribute 27 assists to leading attackmen Nate Z, Peter S, and David V. Sal A and Nick A led the Lakers in digs. The boys travel to Brighton tonight, followed by an important match hosting Midlakes on Thursday in the Schroeder gym.
Webster boys volleyball traveled to Brighton last night and came away with a three set victory to move their record to 10-2. Sal A, Bodey G and Nick A led the Lakers in digs with 22 combined while Gavin T recorded 3 blocks to go with his 7 kills. Jacob G led the Lakers with 8 kills and Joey P also had 7 kills to complement his 6 aces. The boys host Midlakes tonight, starting at 6:30 in the Schroeder gym.
Webster boys volleyball hosted Midlakes last night and cruised to a straight-set victory to improve their record to 11-2. Joey P, Jacob G and Cal L dominated on the attack with 12, 9, and 7 kills, respectively.... finishing with a combined attack efficiency of a ridiculous .622 Joey and Jacob also impressed the crowd with a combined nine aces. Bodey G fed the transition offense with ten digs while NIck A set up 22 assists. The boys travel to #1 in New York State, Fairport, on Tuesday. TK's will be enjoyed by all.
Girls Swim and Dive
The Lakers beat Penfield Tuesday evening 85.4-66.6. Kylie W won both the 100 Free and the 100 Backstroke with times of 54.83 and 1:00.68 respectively. Marin B won the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:10.96. Meghan M won the 100 Fly with a time of 1:08.64. The 200 medley team won their race with a time of 1:58.87. The 200 Free relay team won with a time of 2:00.76 and the 400 Free Relay team won with a time of 3:52.41.
Football
The team traveled to Irondequoit Thursday to take on the Eagles. The Titans lost 24-6. Charlie S. scored the Titans touchdown.
