For 9th grade families: iPad replacement at Meet and Greet on August 29
As a reminder, our 9th grade students will be receiving new school-issued iPads. This iPad replacement event will take place during the Spring Lake Park High School 9th grade Meet and Greet on Tuesday, August 29, 5-7 p.m.

To get your student's new iPad, bring the current school-owned iPad, case, charger, and cord to Meet and Greet. If any data is needed off the current iPad prior to the replacement, please review the backup instructions. If you cannot make the Meet and Greet, iPad replacement will be available once school starts.

Pantherette Dance Team Sneaker Drive
What: We are partnering with an organization called Got Sneakers? We will collect used sneakers/tennis shoes and will be paid up to $7/pair based on the condition of the shoes. Got Sneakers will then either recirculate and sell the shoes to people who want quality, reusable footwear at affordable prices, or repurpose the shoes into new surfaces such as playgrounds and tracks. Our sneaker drive fundraiser keeps sneakers out of landfills and reduces toxic chemicals from being released in our air and soil.
Why: We are raising funds to help cover various operating fees the team needs to run each year: costumes, coaching, transportation, overnight stays etc
Where: there will be several dates where shoes can be dropped off at the high school:
- Tuesday, September 19 - outside main entrance of SLP High School, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, September 30 - during the Fall Dance Showcase, 10 a.m.-end of show at SLP High School Athletic Doors
- Friday, October 6 - during the SLP Homecoming Tailgate, stop by our booth!
- Tuesday, October 24 - outside main entrance of SLP High School, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
If you need to make arrangements to turn in the shoes you collect outside of the above times, please reach out to the booster club: slpdtboosterclub@gmail.com
