REMINDER: Chromebook Deactivation
The Dell Chromebook 3120's have reached their end of life. In the process of doing the computer inventory, we discovered that there are quite a few of these still in circulation. We have deactivated these devices as of 9/2/2022. If your older Chromebook is showing a locked screen, your device has been deactivated.
If you or any of your students are still using a 3120, please turn it in immediately. If you need a replacement Chromebook, please put in a ticket to exchange your device. Curbside Tech Support is open Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 5:00 p.m. for exchanges.
Phishing Scam
Phishing is a type of online scam where criminals impersonate legitimate organizations via email, text message, advertisement or other means in order to steal sensitive information.
Scammers will send the email spoofing a trusted source. In many cases, it will look like someone you work with has sent the email. However, the email address associated with the sender is not the sender's email address.
Always check the email address associated with the sender of an email, mind any warnings coming from the mail system and when in doubt, check with the person who supposedly sent the email before you send personal information, money etc.
If you receive one of these emails, please report it as SPAM.

DEVICE CHECKOUT
If you are a new teacher in need of a device, please submit a Help Desk ticket (gopusd.com/helpdesk) so we can verify device eligibility and to make an appointment. All requests must be made from your PUSD account through the ticket system.
QR CODES
QR codes have been updated for TK-2nd grade students, as well as 3rd-12th grade students in Special Education. QR Codes can be found in the PUSD Curriculum Shared Drive in the Elementary folder (TK-5) or in the Special Education folder (6-12). We are working to return access to TK-2 teachers in ARMS so they can print out their own QR codes and thank you for your patience. If you get new students, please put in a ticket for their QR code.
