It can be hard to know how to deal with all the things life throws at us. For some, sometimes death seems like the only option. It’s important to know that there is help and there is hope. If you think someone you know is considering suicide, look for these warning signs:

988 is now the active phone number that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. This shorter number is easier to remember, and it provides free and confidential support for anyone in distress.
