Important Times to Meet with Your Counselor
A component of the SEHS Guidance Curriculum involves asking that every student schedule at least two one-on-one appointments with their counselor. During these meetings we will create a Plan and Profile which is a component of the Personalized Learning graduation requirement.
Junior Interview: It's a chance to talk privately about anything that's on your mind, check your credits & review your forecasting for your final year of high school. It's a chance to hear about information and resources that support your plans for after high school. Please schedule this after Winter Break.
Senior Interview: The purpose of the Senior Interview is to provide information that supports your goals for a successful and enjoyable senior year, and help launch you into the life you want after high school. The information given is very much tailored to the student. We would like these scheduled before Winter Break

Additional Resources for Support
SEHS has access to basic necessities to allow for your best self to shine. We can help with clothing, food and specific one-time items. College Admissions and AP/IB Exam Fees are expensive but please don't let that be a barrier because there are waivers and reductions for these fees. The easiest way to verify your qualification is to complete the Income Based Eligibility Survey.
