The 6th Grade Team is excited to announce the return of the MBMS Holiday Bazaar! Come join us on December 4th for a festive day with vendors, crafters, door prizes, silent auction, baked goods and food, a tree auction, as well as pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus!

"World Kindness Day is a global day that promotes the importance of being kind to each other, to yourself, and to the world. The purpose of this day, celebrated on November 13 of each year, is to help everyone understand that compassion for others is what binds us all together. This understanding has the power to bridge the gap between nations."-Inspired Kindness

Students watched the video on this link in homerooms on Friday https://inspirekindness.com/world-kindness-day. Starting Monday, we are challenging students to do something kind for another person. Homeroom teachers will have slips of paper that students can fill out to share something done for them or something they did for another. These will be displayed on a bulletin board in the cafeteria.

Parents/Guardians

If you have not done so already, please log into your Home Access Center account (HAC) to update your student’s enrollment update form. Please ensure you are using your parent HAC login becuase students' HAC logins do not have this option. Once you log into HAC, you will see 5 options at the top. Choose the one that is Registration. Then open the update enrollment tab. If you have any trouble logging in or do not have a HAC login, please contact April Roach at 301-884-4635 X37120 or alroach#smcps.org. The MTSS committee is excited to announce that the Margaret Brent Masks have arrived and are for sale. What better way to show your school spirit than with a mask?

The cost for each mask is $12 or 2 for $20-- what a deal!
