In honor of Grandparents Day, we invite grandparents or another special grownup to come and enjoy lunch with their grandchildren at school, on Monday, September 11th! Grandparents will need to bring their own lunch since school cafeteria service is not available for visitors at this time. Students can pack their own lunch, purchase cafeteria food, or you can bring them a special meal.
Visitor Guidelines
- Please allow enough time for parking and checking in with the front office. We’d recommend at least 20 minutes.
- All visitors need to bring their ID even if they have had their ID scanned before.
- Your badge is good for all lunches on Monday if you have multiple grade levels to attend.
- Visitors need to wait in the front hallway or cafeteria while waiting for their student.
- To protect instructional time, students are only allowed to eat lunch at their grade level's time.
- Recess is closed to visitors.
Lunch Schedule for the day:
EC- 12:00-12:30 am
Kinder- 10:45-11:15 am
1st- 11:30-12:00 pm
2nd- 12:45-1:15 pm
3rd- 11:15- 11:45 am
4th- 12:10-12:40 pm
5th- 12:40-1:10 pm
Student Check-Outs
At the end of lunch, all students will need to return to their classrooms and all visitors will need to exit the building through the front of the school. If your student will be leaving for the day you will need to check them out in the front office. To do this you will need your ID and will need to be listed on your students' profile.
