4-H Enrollment
4-H Enrollment for 2024 is now open! All members and volunteers will need to enroll at v2.4honline.com by April 1st! Submit your enrollments today!
Ohio 4-H Conference
The 2024 Ohio 4-H Conference will bring together 4-H volunteers and teens (age 13 and older) from across Ohio. You can participate in a variety of educational sessions that offer something for everyone! Join us as we learn from one another to make the best better for Ohio 4-H programs. Sessions will start at 9:00 am on March 9, 2024.
Registration form can be found at https://ohio4h.org/events/ohio-4-h-conference Registration must be dropped off at the Extension Office by Friday, February 9th. The cost is $20 a person versus $40 as the 4-H Committee is covering the other half for Warren County.
4-H Camp Graham is hiring!
4-H Camp Graham is hiring a Camp Coordinator and a Camp Kitchen Coordinator!

Calling All Cloverbud Volunteers!
New this year is a Cloverbud Advisor Training. Resources and policies for cloverbud activities will be distributed and discussed. This will be held March 7th at 7pm at the Extension Office. Please email Taylor Stevens, stevens.1068@osu.edu to register for the training by February 29th!
2024 Lamb Lottery
The Lottery Lamb Program is a project available for Warren County 4-Hers with an interest in raising and showing market lambs at the 2024 Warren County Fair. 4-H members will have the opportunity to purchase reasonably priced, high quality market lambs from local sheep breeders using a lottery system. Prior to the lamb lottery, a beginner’s clinic will be held to teach you how to select and feed your project. This year, lambs will be provided by Nahrup Club Lambs and the Chuck Morgan Family, so all lambs will be county-born and will be eligible to be the county-born champion.

Teen Leadership in Action
The Teen Leadership in Action Workshop was created to provide an experience for teens who want to better their leadership ability. The workshop will be interactive with an emphasis on learning real-life, and usable workforce preparation skills to help teens be successful in the future. Teens do no need prior leadership experience. The cost to participate is $10. Workshop open to teens 13-19 years old. Registration form can be found at go.osu.edu/24tla. Registration deadline is February 12th.
Quality Assurance
Mark your calendars for one Quality Assurance date if you plan to exhibit a market animal at the fair. One parent must attend with youth member.
QA test out will be held on February 12th at 6pm at the Extension Office. Youth ages 12-18 and who previously attended QA can test out for 3 years. Members must sign up by calling the Extension Office at 513-695-1311.
Warren County Judging Team
Open to any Warren County 4-H member. The teams are divided into divisions by 4-H age. Seniors are 14 years and older and juniors are 13 years and younger. Experience with livestock and livestock judging is not required to participate in this program. We will teach you what you need to know to compete in livestock judging contests. First practice is May 2nd at the Extension Office. If you have any questions please reach out to Greg Meyer, meyer.213@gmail.com.
Urban Immersion Project: Washington DC
The Urban Immersion Project is a 4-H initiative that combines cross-cultural learning, teamwork, and service-learning in the urban environment of Washington, DC.
Teens ages 15-18 are eligible for this 4-day service-learning experience that will build skills and abilities to prepare youth for success in a diverse workplace as well as build a cultural understanding of those who are different. This experience will not be about shopping or sightseeing, although we will visit some monuments and historic sites. The cost of the experience is $200.
