This is my fourth year teaching English Language Learners. My passion is to guide and encourage students in owning their academic, social, and emotional growth by teaching skills and habits which support life-long learning. Darien enjoys traveling, learning about the diversity of cultures around the world, and singing in Spanish. She is fluent in Spanish. She will be servicing our ELs at the Highschool this year.

I live in Grandville with my husband and our daughter, Greta. I enjoy practicing Yoga and spending time with my family and friends. Sarah will be servicing our ELs at South and Forest Grove this year.

I have been teaching in Hudsonville for 2 years. I teach English and ELL! I graduated from Grand Valley State University and loved being on the West side so I decided to make it my home. I love spending time outdoors and with friends and family. I am passionate about language development and recently started taking graduate courses to expand in my profession! I am excited for this coming school year. Katie will be servicing our EL students at the 5/6 building.
