Thank you!
First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for entrusting us with the care and well-being of your children. After the difficult events of last week, we are humbled by the opportunity to provide your children with a safe and nurturing environment, striving to maintain a sense of normalcy during this difficult time. I am incredibly proud of our dedicated staff, who, despite facing their own challenges, have shown exceptional commitment by placing the needs of our students at the forefront. Your children's resilience has been truly inspiring, as they placed their trust in our support and allowed us to assist them in progressing forward. Katy Grondin, Superintendent of RSU 4

Need Licensed Bus Drivers
Addressing the ongoing bus driver shortage remains a top priority for the district, and we understand the frustrations caused by the cancellation of bus runs. We are committed to maintaining student supervision while actively working to hire new drivers. Unfortunately, a recent hire had to resign before starting, adding to our challenges. Despite this setback, we are currently supporting several individuals in their pursuit of a bus driver's license. At present, two candidates are undergoing initial training, and one individual is scheduled to take the permit test. Once the permit is obtained, one of our experienced drivers will conduct Behind the Wheel training. We are working to expedite the training process and integrating new drivers as swiftly as possible to ensure the safe transportation of our students. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to resolve this matter. More information is attached to this email to elicit licensed Bus Drivers.
