SJHS Students Host a "World Tour"
The partnership between SJE and SJHS resulted in a wonderful interactive learning experience for the younger and older students!
Inspired by Shared Experiences
SJHS Puente students hosted special guest, Telemundo News Anchor Enrique Chiabra on December 6 and heard his story of going from an undocumented immigrant to a successful newscaster.
Tis the Season
The month of December was filled with activities that spread cheer to students, families and our community. School site and department calendars were packed with parades, winter celebrations, choir and band concerts, and dress up days. It is ALWAYS the season for joy, giving and kindness!

🏆 Will the San Jacinto Elementary Tiger mascot and students "steal" the Elementary trophy from Megan Cope Elementary after being disappointed with second-place finishes??? Perhaps the top place will go to Clayton A. Record, Jr., Elementary, Juan Bautista De Anza Elementary, Park Hill Elementary or Jose Antonio Estudillo Elementary!!!
🏆 Hey, North Mountain Middle School, San Jacinto High School and Mountain View Alternative High School, -- can you top Monte Vista Middle Schools' attendance and win the Secondary trophy?
🏆 AND.... will Edward Hyatt World Language Academy push San Jacinto Leadership Academy off the top of the podium after three straight wins of the School of Choice trophy???
Each month the winning school receives bragging rights, the coveted attendance trophy AND a lunchtime BBQ for all students and staff!

Life on the Farm
All SJUSD second-fourth grade students get to take a field trip to Old Grove Orange Farms in Redlands and learn about life on the farm!
Thank You Veterans!
Students paid tribute to the men and women of our armed forces, reminding attendees to be grateful to live in the "land of the free," during the De Anza Veterans Day program and the Park Hill Elementary Patriotic performance.
Harvest Festival Fun
It's more than just an annual event! Harvest festivals provide a much needed time for families and friends to gather and have fun together!
