We are updating our long-range facilities master plan!
Your input is needed!
The Bremerton School District is committed to providing safe, secure and comfortable schools that promote a learning environment for students, teachers, staff, parents and the community.
The District is updating its long-range facilities master plan (LRFMP). Throughout this planning process, we will be evaluating existing facilities in relation to the District's educational program standards, enrollment trends and forecast, capital maintenance and improvement needs, and projected facility demands for the next 20 years.
What are our future facility needs? What building repairs, improvements and replacements are needed moving forward to provide our students with the best possible education? Input from our Bremerton School District community - and the broader Bremerton community - is essential in this process.

Crownhill students "ring-in" the holiday season with a handbell lesson!
Crownhill Elementary school was recently selected as the recipient of a year-long loan of handbells from the Handbell Musicians of America. Barb Silvey, chair of the regional chapter of the organization recently visited the school to deliver the handbells, and gave some lucky fifth grade students handbell instruction!
“I am so excited for the opportunity for our students to play such an interesting and beautiful-sounding instrument. They may seem easy to play, but handbells require a lot of teamwork and focus when creating music as a group,” said Liam Near, music teacher at Crownhill. “Students will be playing them in our Holiday Sing-Along assembly as students sing along! Barb’s infectious enthusiasm made a big impact on our students and our fifth graders are excited to pass that on.”
