When talking to parents, Time Management is one of the issues that children struggle with the most. Parents ask why does the child do everything to "get out of a task" , when durning that time, they could have finished the task? Families Share Information Last Spring: Family Feedback/ Needs Assessment Report
Last Spring, the Special Education Advisory Council (SPED PAC) and Knox County School's (KCS) Ombudsman's office hosted a Family Feedback/ Needs Assessment Survey. Parents with children receiving Special Education services from KCS volunteered to complete a survey online. The survey addressed the following areas: Parent Participation and Perception, Supports for Student Progress, Culturally Appropriate Supports, and Transition Supports.
