How the New Seven Wonders of the World Were Built by Jiří Bartůnĕk and Tom Velčovský
This nonfiction book discusses history and architecture, by describing how the seven current wonders of the world were built, and why they were built. A beautifully detailed book.
The Lost Library by Rebecca Stead and Wendy Mass
When a little free library shows up one day, guarded by Mortimer, the library cat, Evan is interested, and takes two books. He also starts to unravel a mystery that no one seems to want to talk about.
The Spin by Marcus Stroman
The second book in the Marcus Stroman series finds Marrcus learning more lessons on and off the field. Anyone who likes a good sports story, or a story about the importance of words, should check out The Spin.
