Guten Tag!
Eastview High School participates in a GAPP (German American Partnership Program) exchange. We have a partner school in Darmstadt, Germany (just south of Frankfurt in Western Germany) and every other year we travel to each other’s schools. The group from Germany will be visiting this upcoming Oktober from the 3rd to the 14th 2023 and we will be traveling to Germany right after school gets out in June 2024.
We are currently searching for host families and would like to find host families before the end of the school year. The German students do need their own bed, but can share a room if need be. We are hosting 20 German students and 2 of their teachers.
If you are interested, please fill out this application form and send it back to Herr Sebald at steve.sebald@district196.org. Please be as detailed as possible in your answers and welcome letter so that the teachers in Germany and I can do the best we can when matching you with your partner. Please submit this application by the 31st of May so that we can match you and you can get to know your partner over the summer. Please email Herr Sebald with your questions.
