English Village Family Edition
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPALS:
Greetings, EV Families!
We hope that everyone is enjoying the weekend and is feeling well. This week our message is in regards to love. As we all know, Valentine's Day takes place this Wednesday. This is the time to stop and think about love, There are many types of love....This makes us (as educators) think of the love that we have for our students and the work that we do.
Our work involves passion and a steadfast focus on providing what all students need to be successful. It is critical that your children/our students know that we love them and care greatly for them. They need to feel safe and comfortable here at school so that they are ready and available to learn, grow, and develop.
Quite frankly, this is primary school. It is our duty to provide a space for students that is warm, safe, inviting, and fun. They should all, in the minimum, really like if not love coming to school each day! As partners in your children's education, we must continue to build and provide this loving and caring environment for your children/our students. Thank you for collaborating with us to make this happen every day! Please know that we really do love and care for your children and will continue to strive to do what is best for them daily! Take care and Happy Valentine's Day! Also, we wish you all a safe and fun upcoming February Recess!
Sincerely,
Jason Lewis

Focus your attention on the buddy going up and down as you breathe in and out” Use a pebble, koosh ball, or any lightweight, small object for older kids.
