Letting Go
"One of my favorite basketball players was Allen Iverson. Because of his smaller body frame (compared to other NBA players), a reporter once asked him if he lifted weights as part of his workout regimen. He replied, "Nah, they were too heavy." Classic!"
"Weights are, indeed, heavy. They can either slow you down or build you up. They can weaken you or strengthen you. Over my life, I've learned the value of letting go. Letting go of things, people and vices that consistently weighed me down. I've discovered that there is power in declaring, "I don't want it. I don't need it."

Fun & Interactive Wine Tasting in a Warm, Welcoming & Beautiful Location - We have been to this winery twice, once just as a couple and the last time with a spouses outing during a work retreat held at The Elms. Both times we had the absolute best time. The staff is unmatched anywhere in their customer service. Jeanine, Stephen, Mike and Cheryl made us feel so welcome, like part of the family. I can't say enough good things about this winery. If you haven't gone, you should. You can tell the owners love what they do. RoadWarriorGirl 75, Ames Iowa, May 2019 on Trip Advisor
