Thank you so much for coming to Back to School Night. It is always great to see students show their parents what they do at school. It is also always nice to connect with parents in a casual and fun way. Thank you for the great food, feeling and conversation.
There was one father who I was walking around the playground with, (it was his first-time during summer months) he was so enthusiastic about the beautiful playground we have that it brought it into a new light for me. The mountain backdrop, the huge trees, and the forest are not the normal school playground setting. It was so nice to be reminded of how fortunate our kids are to have such a majestic setting for their school.
We are all looking forward to a wonderful Outdoor Education next week. Thank you, Nikki, for taking on the planning for this annual tradition. Thanks to all of the parents who have volunteered to help during the 3-day adventure. Please make sure you fill out all of the paperwork and turn it in on Tuesday. We also will be checking packs on Tuseday.
Please fill out this waiver for the Roaring Fork Watershed Conservancy who will be coming to Bogan Flats and teaching us about River Health.
