All Health Professions students will be invited to attend a group session to learn about stress management on February 8, 2023 during student lunch periods. We encourage your child to attend. Invitations will be sent out to all students for this event.

In preparation for our HOSA Area 7 Spring Leadership Conference, our 7 HOSA chapters are sponsoring a HOSA Spirit Week. Show support for our competitors by participating. HOSA members participating each day will be placed in a raffle to win HP/HOSA merch!

It’s time for the HOSA Area 7 Spring Leadership Conference! This year Health Professions has 120 competitors traveling to Corpus Christi to showcase their projects, speeches and skills related to health occupations. SLC will be held on Friday, February 17 to Saturday, February 18th. Good luck to all our competitors. We are proud of you! Health Professions BPA competed on January 12 and 13 at STC in Weslaco. They competed in many events ranging from a wide variety of fields such as Finance, Business Management & Marketing, Health Administration, and Digital Communication & Design. We are so proud of their hard work! Advancing to the State Level of competition are the students listed below. And, in addition to our competitors, Health Professions can proudly boast about the outgoing Area 2 Region 3 President, Frances Pepito and of the incoming Present, Alfia Bilal!

TSI Testing will take place on Thursday, February 9th. There are only 40 slots available, and it is on a first come first served basis.

Four hours needs to be taken on Edgenuity for students to be admitted to test.
