Skyward Access
Families, please, use Skyward Family Access to complete required annual documents for each student's school.
Skyward access is not only a great way to access forms but to pay on lunch/breakfast accounts, update family information, and so much more.
Skyward is accessible for students thru their senior year at Eatonville School District
Please fill out the following forms on Skyward:
-Military Status form (needs to be filled out yearly)
-School handbook
-Free and Reduced lunch (if you qualify for this and would like to have additional fees waived, please call the office and request a consent to share form)
First day packet forms that need returned are:
-Housing questionnaire (needs filled out yearly)
-Photo Opt-out form (needs filled out yearly)
Covid Update
Per Washington State Department of Health:
IF COVID-19 TEST IS POSITIVE: stay home for a minimum of 5 days from symptom onset (first day of symptoms is considered day 0), 24 hours after fever has resolved (without the use of fever reducing medications), and symptoms have improved. It is recommended that students wear a well fitted mask at all times in school, on buses and in all school related activities on days 6-10.
IF SYMPTOMATIC AND COVID-19 TEST IS NEGATIVE: stay home for 24 hours after fever has resolved (without the use of fever reducing medications), and symptoms have improved. Testing must be performed by a licensed testing facility*. Results must be submitted and processed by the district prior to the student's return to school.

*NO AT-HOME TESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
SUBMIT ALL COVID-19 TEST RESULTS TO YOUR BUILDING SECRETARY. THESE MUST BE ON FILE AND PROCESSED PRIOR TO YOUR STUDENT BEING PERMITTED ON DISTRICT TRANSPORTATION OR IN DISTRICT BUILDINGS.
Chromebook Insurance
Students in 2nd-5th grade will have a Chromebook device checked out to them during the first week of school.
Once a student receives their Chromebook, families will have the option to purchase insurance for their child's chromebook thru Skyward. The cost is $25 for families who do not qualify for free or reduced lunches. To qualify for free insurance, families must complete a "22-23 free and reduced meal application" and the "consent to share form" on skyward. To

Child Find Notice
-Does your child have a medical disorder or birth defect that interferes with their development?
-Does the child seem to have hearing or vision issues?
-Does your child have difficulty communicating with people outside the family?
-Does your child have difficulty keep up with other children their age?
-Does your child have concerning behaviors?
Any child, birth to five, whose family or caregivers would like more information about their child's development can contact the Eatonville School District to receive a FREE Child Find Screening.
What happens during a Child Find Screening?
-The purpose of a Child Find Screening is to identify issues that may affect your child's learning, growth and development and to help parents identify their child's strengths and weaknesses.
-During the screening, your child may stack small blocks, cut with scissors, draw, count, name colors, jump and have fun!
-After the screening, someone will talk with you about the results and you may be given suggestions, a referral for more testing or scheduled to have the skills rechecked at a later time. You will have the chance to ask any questions about your child's development. The whole process will take one hour.

For more information and to schedule a screening in your school district, please contact: Eatonville School District, Student Services Office at 360-879-1800. If your family is living in a temporary situation, you may contact the district where you are currently staying for a screening.
