All-Star Program Writing & Art Contest Launch

Parents and Guardians are required to visit the website to submit on behalf of the participating students, where they will find detailed instructions on how to submit entries.
Categories:
The contest encompasses two categories, each allowing students to express their creativity in unique ways:
Writing:
Express your creativity through a written statement! Submit an original piece, whether it's a poem, story, or essay, describing or conveying how a role model in your life inspired you to create a more positive and inclusive environment within your school community. Word Limit: 250 - 500 words.
Art:
Express your creativity through visual art! Submit an original piece of artwork, whether it's a painting, drawing, or photograph no larger than 8.5" x 11" in size or a video of 3-D artwork that is no more than 30 seconds in length, describing or conveying how a role model in your life inspired you to create a more positive and inclusive environment within your school community.

All entries must be submitted on the homepage by March 7th, 11:59 pm.
Judging Criteria:
A panel of Arbella employee judges will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, and overall artistic expression.
Prizes:
The top 5 artistic entries and top 5 written entries from each eligible middle school will be awarded a “golden ticket” to the Celtics “End of Year” Party. One (1) grand prize winner will also win two (2) tickets to a 2023-24 Boston Celtics regular season home game, including the opportunity to watch pre-game warmups.
