We had our first SOAR assembly today led by our September Kindness Crew. Many thanks to this crew of 5th graders for their help this last month on a bulletin board, morning announcements, being leaders in the hallways, and having lunch with me each week.

Next month we'll be focusing on setting and reaching goals in support of the Field Trip Fun Run Fundraiser.

Mark your calendars for this Wednesday, October 2nd. It’s not only Running Club’s Wacky Wednesday as usual, but also Run With a Loved One Day! Come run/walk with your child or cheer them on as they work towards their lap goal to get a small prize. Below are the lunch and recess times. Note that a few classes (1st, 2nd, and 4th) do recess first and then lunch.

2nd Grade Recess: 11:40-12:00; Lunch 12:05-12:25
