Support
Please remember to submit eLearning questions or issues through the help desk ticket system instead of our personal emails.
We also have 24/7 live support through D2L Support (SOLVE). There is a "Need Help" button on the right side of D2L pages to enter in text related to your inquiry. It will then bring in related articles about your text. You can also select email or live chat to talk with a D2L agent.

YuJa Update
Yuja currently has an error with their service that should be fixed on the next update on or around December 2. This error occurs where a copy course action is done and the Yuja links in the new section will go back to the library instead of the video. This should be fixed in the December update.
