Adams End of the Year Survey
Every year we ask families to complete this survey to help us make adjustments and/or improve in our programming for students. We would really appreciate it if you could take time to fill this form out so we can make Adams even better for next year.
Adams Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
Items from our PAC
6/6: DAIRY QUEEN restaurant night 4-7 p.m. @ 370 Northdale Blvd.; Coon Rapids
It's our last restaurant night of the school year, Redhawks! Stop by to see which staff people are behind the counter...and which can make the best blizzard or create the most splendid DQ swirl. There will definitely be smiles, giggles and goofiness. This is the kids' ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!
6/13: PAC meeting 6:30-8 p.m. Celebration@LaCasita
Come @ 6 to socialize. Meeting starts @6:30.
We'll be celebrating all that we have done to support Adams to help our students have the most amazing experience they can. If you volunteered at Adams or participated with Parent Advisory Council, we'd like to celebrate the end of the year with you. Please, come! (Unfortunately, this meeting will be in-person only, and we are unable to provide child care at the restaurant. The restaurant provides free salsa and chips, other food and drinks are available at your own expense.)
Clothing Needed:
Last ask: RedHawks are in need of new/gently used clothing for students who need a change of clothing while at school. Here's what is needed:
- Pants: sizes 5-14.
- Preferably athletic pants, sweats or stretchy leggings.
- XL shirts
- New underwear sizes 6-14
Teacher Appreciation:
Adams staff has been working hard all year to help our kids be successful. Let's show them our appreciation with all of their favorite things. Please order something off of this wishlist OR purchase it at a store & drop it off at the office for PAC by May 31.
Side note: we won't offer birthday grams next year, so if you'd like to send a bag o' goodies to a student or teacher, here's your chance:
PAC will deliver treats to students and staff to celebrate birthdays! Cost: $5 You can order or donate a birthday gram here. (https://my.cheddarup.com/c/2022-23-birthday-grams?cart=94ace1c1-1f50-4cb4-9ac3-298fee1f5acf%21%2142034918)

5th Grade Graduation
We are celebrating our 5th graders on June 7th with a graduation ceremony. Help is needed from 10:30-11:15 to direct visitors after they've checked in at Door 1 into the gymnasium, where the ceremony will be held. Sign up here.
Red Carpet Event
We do not know yet if volunteers are needed, but save the date! On June 6th, we are going to celebrate the end of our Third Trimester with a Red Carpet Event. Students and staff are invited to wear their fanciest, shiniest attire as we celebrate our students and their accomplishments. It will be a fun day!
Coke Gives
Turn in codes on box flaps (where you open the box to access the cans) or bottle caps so we can enter them and earn money for Adams. This program ends this summer, so participate while you can!
Character Strong - Creativity
May's Theme is: Creativity, using your imagination to create something new or solve a problem.
