City Council Agenda on April 6th includes: MOU for Fuel Sales w/ESSD, Agreement w/Lamp Rynerson for engineering services for digester project; Agreement for Legal Counsel; Amendment to Personnel Policy to include provisions for Families First Coronavirus Response Act; & temporary suspension of utility disconnects.

Taking steps to create employee separations to limit exposure to illness; need full staffing to maintain essential services; PPEs ordered to avoid supply shortages. Receiving calls from company employees in town to close business. We are in a supporting role to the CCPHC. Private businesses are exempt from the S@H order, but required to observe safe distancing. MARC has deployed the MAC, a multiagency coordination group to facilitate communication across the metro to heighten the state of readiness , manage resources in the region, to protect our communities.
