Supporting Your Research and Career
Welcome to the Spring 2019 semester! Whether you are beginning your Villanova journey or moving closer to graduation this May, I hope that this semester brings new opportunities for academic and personal growth.
Villanova has many resources to support your career goals. As a graduate student, and then as an alumnus or alumnae, you have access to the university’s wide range of resources, facilities and organizations. Here are two that I want to highlight:
- The Villanova University Career Center can guide your search for internships and jobs, help your write a great cover letter and resume/CV, and help you with interview preparations.
- For assistance with applying for research support and fellowships, visit the Center for Research and Fellowships. Villanova has a very strong record in competitions for national scholarships and fellowships, and graduate students are often among the most competitive for many of these awards.
Wishing you peace and blessings in the New Year!
