Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences

You can use the electronic sign up through your parent Powerschool account to schedule fall parent/teacher conferences beginning Tuesday, October 10th. Please follow the directions below and if you need any assistance please call or email Heather at 563-562-3617 or hbullerman@st-teresa.pvt.k12.ia.us

Click Parent/Teacher Conferences located toward the bottom of the left column.
Click the Event Name.
Use the dropdown to Select a Teacher.
Type the parent email address in the row of the desired date and time slot.
Click Save.
To delete the reservation, refresh the pack and click the red dash.

The screen will also list reservations scheduled for other family members.

Mabes Pizza

Want a quick and easy supper? St. Teresa of Calcutta School will be selling half-baked Mabe's pizzas for pick up on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and Wednesday Oct. 25, during conferences. Choices are large (16"), single-topping pizzas (sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and cheese) for $20. If you would like a regular pizza (sausage & pepperoni), the price would be $22. To order, please respond to the facebook post or call the school offices Penny in Ossian at 532-9353 or Heather in Spillville 563-3617 by the end of the school day on Friday, Oct. 20. This endeavor will support playground improvements.

Disciples in Training

We are blessed to have 7 dedicated students in Disciples in Training this year. Our President is Adam Schmitt, Vice President is Sophia Shimek, Secretary is Violet Schmelzer and our Treasurer is Josie Hemesath. Our other members are Charlotte Hageman, Riley Timp, and Peyton Elsbernd. Our disciples in training students are overseen by Mrs. Kriener, Mrs. Bohr, Mrs. Timp, and Mrs. Bunting. Our first order of business is to have a Bake Sale during the two days of conferences on October 24th and 25th. The Disciples in Training group would welcome bake sale donations on the 23rd or 24th. Any middle school students who contribute to the bake sale will get a service hour for each different item donated. Items will then be plated and bagged to be sold at the Bake Sale. All items will be sold as a free will donation. Be sure to stop by the front entrance to get some yummy goodies for dessert when you pick up your pizza! All proceeds from the Bake sale will go to Damian, the student we help support who is from Columbia. To learn more about Damian, be sure to check out our school website.
