5th Annual Global Education Conference - Focus on Students!
The Global Education Conference (November 17-22, 2014) is a collaborative, inclusive, world-wide community and online conference involving STUDENTS, educators, and organizations at all levels. It is designed to significantly increase opportunities for connecting classrooms while supporting cultural awareness and recognition of diversity and educational access for all.
Both pedagogy and technology play significant supporting roles in this event, but this is neither an ICT conference nor a general education conference. Individual tools and content–area subjects should be addressed within the context of 21st century skills–based projects and initiatives that present global opportunities for connecting, collaborating, and taking action. Our audience is primarily K-20 educators, STUDENTS, organizations, and other stakeholders interested in global education.

We want STUDENTS: Invitation to present - all ages, all countries!

What we really want to see is students actually presenting and taking the lead in sharing their ideas, global interactions and collaborations.
Proposals can come from student groups and organisations or from teachers. Students are encouraged to be the lead presenters and spokespeople for the topic or initiative.
