KEEP AN EYE OUT - HEALTH ALERT!
We have several students out with varying illnesses, currently the stomach flu and pink eye seem to be the most common. Please be alert to any symptoms of illness your child may develop. It is extremely important that those who have been ill with a fever, vomiting or diarrhea remain out of school for at least 24 hours after their symptoms have stopped. Pink eye (conjunctivitis) generally remains contagious as long as the eye continues to tear and produce a discharge.
As much as we’d love to have your children in school, please be mindful of any of the above symptoms and keep them home if necessary. Please let us know if there are any questions or concerns.
Thank you in advance for helping us to promote the healthiest learning environment possible for all the children.
Mr. Frank and Mrs. Kalina
