Waiongana Iti News
Over the last couple of weeks, Waiongana iti has been working on our calendar art, writing our speeches, learning to pause, breath and smile, and also developing our growth mindset.
We have explored different techniques and elements for our calendar art and are learning how to blend watercolors, paint and pastels together to develop our creation.
This week we have started to present our speeches. We are looking forward to our Waiongana iti speech final on Monday. We have had some amazing speeches and we have enjoyed listening to the different persuasive topics.
Pause, breathe, smile has been an important part of our team this term and the students have been learning how to take deep breaths and understand the rise and fall of emotions.
