Dear Banks School District Community,
In light of the forecasted snow, especially at higher elevations and the timing near the PM commute, we have decided to release students and staff three hours early tomorrow for the safety of everyone in our community.
Early Release Details:
Elementary School Release: 11:45 AM
Middle and High School: 12:00 PM
Transportation: Routes 101 (Squirrel), 106 (Turtle), 112 (Elephant) are on SNOW ROUTES///Routes 102 (Tree), 103 (Horse) are on LIMITED SERVICE. (See Schedule)
NOTE: All buses will drop students off approximately three hours prior to the scheduled time.
To ensure that our students are taken care of, lunch will be available before the early release.
We understand that early releases can be an inconvenience, but the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We encourage everyone to plan accordingly and make the necessary arrangements.
