LAST CALL! FCLO Group buy is this weekend! We didn't make the minimum required to get group discount so I'm taking orders for one more week for Fermented Cod Liver Oils and other Green Pasture products. If we don't make the minimum I will cancel order. You can see all products in the Group Buy section of the market website.

As with all Group Buys, this item will NOT be available this Wednesday's pick up. I will be placing our order on Monday morning and due to shipping it will not arrive in time for this Wednesday pick up. I expect it to be available for pick up the following Wednesday. This is a prepaid pre-order and payment is expected this Wednesday.

Rusty from Lil Tots (goat milk & pastured eggs) will not be on the market for 7/17 pick up. He'll be back the following week. He did leave us some eggs so those will be listed on the market this week but no goat milk.

Glad he is getting some needed and well deserved R&R ! !

Tanya wanted to send out an explanation of her current sale in case you had questions. Recently her walk in cooler had a malfunction and the temperature was so low that it froze some items. She didn't lose everything as she caught it in time before it everything froze but did lose a lot. Most of the frozen stuff broke - frozen content expanded and broke glass containers. What didn't break may or may not have been frozen is on sale. Some products may have gotten partially frozen. She doesn't believe the quality of surviving product as been affected much

as it is not uncommon to freeze fermented foods and the beneficial bacteria survives freezing very well. She wanted you to be aware of this and if you have any questions please contact her at Tanya@culturedtraditions.com All items are 25% off and organic soups are 15% off

Kristi of MicroGreens Gardens of Flowery Branch, GA will list organic microgreens, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, and wheatgrass depending on what's she thinks will be ready for harvest for Wednesday pick up. These will be in the refrigerator and not in your basket on the table due to high perishability - they need to remain refrigerated after cutting. Miki from Azuki's Kitchen is back to baking some of her wonderful Japanese inspired breads. New summer items include Black Tea & Lemon bread and Edamame and Mochi Braids. Very popular items like Chocolate Twist, Gluten Free Almond Flour Rolls, and White Round Bread (sourdough type bread) are back on too. You can find her items in the bakery section on the market website.

Luna Eats is a local meal prep company started in Suwanee by Chef Delorean. He creates pre-made meals with organic ingredients and Halal certified meats. The meals are fresh and never frozen. They are ready for you to take home and reheat at your convenience. He does all the cooking and cleaning so you don’t have to!

Update: Bathroom buildout started on June 21st. New website is almost done and I hope to launch in the next couple of weeks. I'll continue to keep you all posted and give everyone plenty of notice before we move. As of right now we are probably still a couple of months out depending on how fast permits will be issued...

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We need 1 volunteer Wed, 7/17 at 5pm.

Since I'm not sure when the new store will open up I went ahead a created Volunteer schedule until August. Hopefully we'll be at new location sooner... Please click link below if you can help!

Please consider volunteering during market pick up. I can’t run the market without your help! Shifts are 1 hour long and go by really fast. It's a great opportunity to meet and help your fellow members!

You support us and we support YOU!! This section of the newsletter is dedicated to helping support our community. If you are looking for a job, have a business you want to share, a community event, etc., please let me know. I write the newsletter every Thursday so submissions are due by Wednesday. A fellow member has an overabundance of very happy milk kefir grains and would love to share them! If you are interested please bring your own container this Wednesday (after 2pm) to scoop some up. I will put them in a marked fridge. Just look for the sign on Wednesday at pick up. The grains have mostly been used with Cedar Cow Milk and a couple of times with Little Tots goat milk. Thank you Denise for sharing! If you've never made kefir here's an excellent video that explains how to make and the amazing health benefits.

Thank you to those that submitted your recommendations for healthcare providers (general doctor, gynecologist, chiropractor, and pediatrician, etc) that are “friendly” to holistic practices. I have compiled into a word document below. I think this will be really helpful to many members and families!
