SGB Week Ahead
Feb. 12-16
Value of the Month: FRIENDSHIP
PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear SGB Parents,
Today is a special day for many as you gather together with your friends and family to watch the Super Bowl! Whether you're rooting for a team, just enjoying the together time, or choosing another way to spend your Sunday evening...enjoy!
Just a reminder...INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, SGB follows the same protocol as North Rockland. If the North Rockland School District is closed, on a delayed opening or early dismissal...St. Gregory Barbarigo will follow the same plan. SGB Families will receive an IRIS ALERT in the event of any closures or changes in arrival/dismissal.
SGB READ-A-THONIf you haven't registered your child for the SGB READ-A-THON, there's still time left. The READ-A-THON ends February 17. Every student received a flyer with directions on how to register. If your child needs another flyer, please let your child's teacher know. Please encourage your child to participate. Right now, the two top classes are KINDERGARTEN and the 7th GRADE! (Every dollar raised helps SGB meet our financial commitment to the Archdiocese.)
A MESSAGE FROM SR. DIANE (ALBERTUS MAGNUS HIGH SCHOOL)
Dear Noreen,
The orange bags (pictures to come) are filled with toiletries that include the SGB students' notes, the socks, Chapstick, and wipes. I returned home from the Midnight Run an hour ago. All the toiletries that we brought were distributed Friday night. In the next few days, AMHS students will be assembling new toiletry bags. Please know that the donations from SGBS will be included in the assembly.
The people we met tonight appreciated the toiletries. Know that they will be used by the folks we encountered.
Please thank everyone at St. Greg's for partnering with Albertus during our last Midnight Run of the school year.
Sr. Diane
Thanks for all your continued support!
Go Chiefs!
Go 49ers!
God bless,
Ms. Clarke
