Catholic School's Week
As we close out Catholic School's Week, we will be celebrating with a Day of Faith. We will have our virtue Mass in the morning, followed by a day of faith-filled activities. Also, we are having Adoration from 10:40 - 11:40. All parents are welcome to come and pray with us in the Church during that time. All grades will be taking turns in coming and visiting our Lord.
One of our goals this year was to provide more leadership opportunities for our students. Tomorrow, many of our older students are going to putting their leadership into action. Our Eighth graders will be teaching our younger students about many of our great saints. They will be leading the younger students in engaging activities and lessons drawing on the virtues and gospel values. Our Seventh Grade have been studying Eucharistic miracles and will be teaching other grades about their Eucharistic miracles. What a great demonstration of leadership in helping lead others to the magnificence of our faith!
Have a blessed weekend!

St. Catherine Laboure was a sister who lived in the 19th century. She lived in France and was given the image of the miraculous medal by the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Blessed Mother told St. Catherine to have a medal made with the image on it. Many people did not support her and she had to stay obedient to what the Blessed Mother wanted. Eventually her superiors and the archbishop approved and the medal was made.
