Drop Off
Thank you for your patience and kindness as we work through the morning drop-off procedures. Here are some things that YOU can do to help make the process easier:
1. Use the car line. Parents of students in grades 1-8 should be using the car line and entering the parking lot on Campbell. The Alta entrance is for parishioners attending 8 AM Mass. Pre-K and Kinder parents may park in the lot behind Bevan Hall and walk their students to the gate.
2. Pull all the way up in line so we can fit as many cars as possible. Students can enter campus at whatever gate they are closest to.
3. Say good-bye while you are waiting in the line and so when you pull up to the front your kids are ready to jump out quickly so you can keep the line moving.
4. Stay in the car. If your child needs help opening the door, roll the window down and ask the closest adult to help.
5. Practice patience and be kind! Remember, our number one goal is to keep our students safe!
If you have an account from last year, you do not need to create a new one. You can add funds from the financial section on the Family Portal.

Calling All Parents: Help Coach Our Future Stars!
Dear Parents of Our Lady of Las Vegas,
We are excited to announce the launch of our new sports clubs for students in kindergarten through 5th grade! To make these clubs a success, we are seeking dedicated parents like you to step up and become coaches for our young athletes.
We are currently looking for coaches for the following sports:
1. Soccer
2. Basketball
3. Cross Country
4. Track
5. Volleyball
Coaching is not just about teaching the fundamentals of a sport; it's about instilling values, building character, and fostering a love for physical activity. By becoming a coach, you could make a lasting impact on the lives of our students, helping them develop skills that will benefit them both on and off the field.
We understand that your time is valuable, so we have designed our sports clubs to be flexible. Coaches can choose the days and times that work best for them, ensuring that coaching fits into your schedule.
Don't worry if you've never coached before! We welcome parents of all skill levels and will provide training and support to help you feel confident in your role as a coach. Your enthusiasm and dedication are what truly matter.
If you are interested in becoming a coach for one of our sports clubs, please contact Coach Scarpati at jscarpati@ollv.org for more information. Together, let's create a positive and empowering sports experience for our students!
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our young athletes. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Best regards,
Coach Scarpati
