Day One
After that there was a presentation of the water resources in the area around Pescopagano and students engaged in a hands on activity around the Water Cycle which they totally enjoyed.
After lunch, co-ordinators held a meeting to review activities to date and to plan for the future. In particular, the trip to Ireland was discussed. As had been decided, the lipdub is to be performed in Ireland and the Michael Jackson 'Earth Song' is the song chosen. Each of the countries will wear their country's colours to represent their nationality and to express the feelings of inclusion, collegiality and unity about preserving the Earth's resources and protecting it for future generations.
Meanwhile students participated in sports in the gym as a way of becoming comfortable with each other and getting to know each other.
In the early evening, all went on an informative sightseeing tour of Pescopagano and the "turbines"used for the first hydroelectric power plant in the area.

Day Two
in Caposele and Cassano Irpino. After a delicious lunch at a restaurant sampling typical foods of the region, was a visit to 'La Fonte' an old watermill in Sant Andrea di Conza. This was a very informative trip detailing the history of spring water in the region.
The afternoon was spent back at the school. Co-ordinators met to finalise decisions about presentations and the itinerary to Ireland whilst students had an enjoyable afternoon exploring riddles, science experiments around water and music workshops. The students thoroughly enjoyed this afternoon and the co-ordinators meeting was productive.

Below is a selection of photos from the excursion. A picture tells a thousand words so I'll let them do the talking.
