Incoming 9th Grade Night (for current 8th graders & their families)
On March 5th from 6:00-7:30 pm, we will host our 9th grade welcome night for all of our incoming current 8th grade students and their families. We will have teachers and other staff members representing their departments and programs to give you an insight into the many great opportunities Century High School has to offer.
Eighth graders will also have the opportunity to visit Century High School on Thursday (03/07), and Friday (03/08) during school hours (transportation will be provided). During their visit, 8th-grade students will be able, to complete and turn in their forecasting sheets, get a tour of the school led by our awesome JagCrew leaders, and participate in a student panel where they can ask current Century students questions about high school.
Students older than the class of '28 may attend of they feel like they would like to learn more about academic programs and offerings at CHS.

Students are required to use their school-issued Chromebooks for state testing. Please remind your students to charge and bring their devices to school, and to bring their charging cords as well.
For more information about our school and district’s assessment information, please visit the following website: https://www.hsd.k12.or.us/Page/2291. On this site, families can find the benefits to testing, forms for opting out of the assessments, and score reporting.
If you have any further questions about our state testing processes/procedures, please connect with 11th Grade Dean of Students, James Neville.
From our counselors:
