First PALS meeting at 6:30pm tomorrow, 9/14

Join PALS for our first meeting of the 2023-2024 school year at LES in Room 109! Come learn about our parent group, and all the things PALS organizes for the staff and students, and connect with other LES parents. ALL ARE WELCOME!!

All of LES is invited to be in the PWHS Homecoming Parade Friday, 10/6!

LES will once again walk in the Port Washington High School Homecoming Parade, Friday, October 6th at 4:15 P.M. Students, who must be escorted by an adult, are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun! The walker line-up will begin at 3:50 P.M. in the Ansay parking lot (across the street from Cousins). Students are encouraged to wear their Lincoln School spirit-wear or any blue & gold clothing. See you there!

Picture Retake Day is Thursday, November 2nd

If your child missed Picture Day, or you do not like the picture you receive, retakes are scheduled for Thursday, November 2nd.

Lincoln PALS Birthday Basket

Here at Lincoln Elementary School, students can choose one of the eleven options listed below to help make their birthday a special day.


Birthday Activity Choices:

1. Outdoor recess

2. Indoor recess

3. Class computer time

4. Dance party

5. Health walk

6. Front of the line all day

7. Help with the morning announcements

8. Choose the warm up game in gym class

9. Bring a Treat

Birthday Prize Choices:

10. Playground ball

11. Jump rope

Labeling personal items

Please label personal items, including sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, and backpacks. Our lost & found gets very full of unlabeled items. If they're labeled, we return them to students.


Please pack an extra set of clothes in your child’s backpack. When a child spills milk at lunch or finds a puddle at recess, he/she will be able to change into comfortable clothes and comfortably return to class.

Attendance Line

ABSENCES: Please call our attendance line 262-268-5801 to report an absence for any day your child will be out. If you know your child will be out for an extended amount of time, please fill out a Pre-Excused Absence form for our teachers to assign any work that will be missed.

Dentist appointment? Orthodontist? Doctor?

If your child needs to leave during the school day, for the safety of your child, he or she must be signed out from the office prior to leaving the building and signed back in when returning to school.

Medications at School

For the safety of your child, both prescription and over-the-counter medication must be kept in the school health room. It must be kept in the original containers and a medication form must be on file before it will be dispensed.


If you have medication(s) to be given to your child while at school, please click on the forms below to fill out for our Health Room. Please note, prescription medication requires a doctor’s signature to be distributed at school.
