PAX Tools: Kudos Notes

A written note of praise that gives authentic specific feedback on something your child has done well. Written in a note it creates permanence and specifically acknowledges the behavior that met the expectations and how it made you felt. This is a great way to build relationships while reenforcing expected behaviors.
