We are proud to share that our 2023 Illinois School Report Card Designation is Exemplary. Only schools performing in the top ten percent in the state of Illinois earn this designation. This is a credit to the amazing educators and students we have here at Kendall as well as our continued partnership between home and school. Congratulations Patriots!

Fall Conferences will be held in-person at Kendall on Thursday, November 16th from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Monday, November 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sign-up for Parent Teacher Conferences will open in ParentVue on November 8th at 10:00 a.m.

Video Guide

Parents should only schedule a conferences with their child's homeroom teacher. If you child has a different math teacher, that teacher will provide an update for the conference.

Project Arrow Conference Sign-ups will use a different system. Ms. Neufeld will email Project Arrow parents the sign up link on Wednesday.

Quarter 1 Report Cards have posted in ParentVue. To view your child's report card, log in to ParentVue and go to Report Cards. Eventually, report cards are archived under documents.

If you have a loved one who served in the armed forces whom you would like to recognize on our Kendall Wall of Heroes, please complete the Kendall Heroes form. You can include of picture of your hero or draw a picture of your hear. Forms can be turned in to your child's music teacher tomorrow or Wednesday.

Over 600+ Kendall Patriots braved the cold last Monday evening for our 2nd annual Trunk or Treat! Thanks to all of the volunteers, those who decorated incredible trunks, families who donated candy, and staff who helped make this event possible! The PTA would like to extend a huge thank you to lead planner Elizabeth Caliban for all of her time and hard work orchestrating this amazing event!

Congratulations to 4th grader Finnegan O’Keefe and his family for being voted Kendall’s “favorite trunk” and winning a Downtown Naperville gift card (and bragging rights)! 🙂 View all the incredible trunks on the PTA’s Facebook page (search “Kendall Elementary PTA (Naperville, IL)).

WE NEED YOUR HELP! The Kendall PTA is looking for volunteers for the upcoming Donuts with Dudes event on Wednesday, November 8th and Thursday, November 9th. Volunteers are needed to assist from approximately 7:45am - 9:15am on both days. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Heather Heppner (hheppner09@gmail.com).

Be “in-the-know” with what’s happening at Kendall by attending our next PTA general meeting on Friday, November 10th at 9:30 am in Room 107. Find out what’s planned for the students this month, hear an update from Mrs. Jerger, and join the conversation! All are welcome! You need not be a PTA member to attend!

The PTA traditionally provides refreshments and snacks for staff to enjoy in the lounge on November 16th and 20th during Parent-Teacher Conferences. Please consider signing up to donate a needed food or drink item. Items (labeled “conference snacks”) can be dropped off at the front office beginning November 7th. Thank you!

PTA Gift Card Fundraiser- Orders due November 15th!

Give the gift of choosing your own gift! Kendall PTA is pleased to again offer a selection of over 750 gift cards that you can buy for that tricky person on your list OR use for your own purchases! A percentage of the value of each gift card will be donated directly to our Kendall PTA! The cards can be mailed to your home OR shipped to school for free and sent home with your student! Gift cards are available to popular stores such as Target, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, Whole Foods, Dairy Queen, Walmart, Starbucks, and many, many more!

Order Date: All orders due Wednesday, November 15th

1. Option 1 - Select “Pay Coordinator Directly” and return the check to Kendall’s main office. Checks should be made payable to Kendall PTA in an envelope marked ‘Gift Card Fundraiser’.

2. Option 2 - Pay with credit card or add a bank account and pay

5. Shipping:

1. You pay the fee to get the cards shipped to your home

2. Kendall PTA will pay the fee for cards shipped to Kendall and will be sent home with your student

Variety Show Open Auditions

Does your student dream of shining on stage? Does he or she have a special talent to showcase? The PTA is excited to sponsor the first annual Kendall Variety Show on Thursday, December 14th! Auditions will be held in the gym after school on Wednesday, November 29th and are open to ALL students in grades K-5! Both group and individual acts are welcome! The Indian Prairie Parents’ Council (IPPC) is, once again, partnering with District 204 to host the Winter Wishes Program. This program directly supports under-resourced families through collecting donations of gift cards to help families enjoy the holiday season. Community members who would like to participate can visit

to purchase gift cards or make a donation for the purchase of the most needed gift cards that will be used to serve the greatest needs of our District 204 families this holiday season.

Giftmart 2023 needs your help! Please consider donating a toy to assist under resourced families in District 204.

By invitation, parents and/or guardians are invited to the Giftmart Toyshop where they can purchase new toys for only $2.00 per toy. 100% of the proceeds made from the sale of each toy will be donated back to each invited school to fund much needed resources.

Please consider donating a new, unwrapped toy that is safe for children ages 6-12. No stuffed animals or board games, please. There will be a Giftmart toy box located near the main office at Kendall from November 13th – December 4th. If your student already has an account from Kendall you do not need to re-enroll for this year.

If your student already has a previous account from a different school within District 204 or a different School District, please reach out over email with your student’s name and the name of the previous school/school district and we will be able to transfer them over to Kendall.

We have many families from various backgrounds, speaking various languages, and will do our best to connect you with someone accordingly, if preferred.

We have a special need for “established” Kendall families with a younger child in kindergarten or 1st grade who may be willing to mentor new families. Please consider this opportunity!
