Little Lancers Lowdown
“Where Learners are Grown with Pride!”
December 2023
Dear Little Elba Lancer Families,
How is it already December? This school year is truly flying by. As we embrace the festive spirit of December, I want to extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. This month is not only a time for joyous celebrations but also an opportunity to cherish the moments spent with our loved ones. As the holiday season unfolds, I encourage you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and create lasting memories with your families. Whether it's decorating the house, baking cookies, or simply enjoying a cozy evening reading those favorite holiday stories, these shared experiences contribute to the fabric of our lives. Memories are truly made by moments. Let's celebrate the joy of togetherness and the magic of holiday traditions this December. May this holiday season be filled with laughter, love, and the warmth that comes from being surrounded by those who matter most. Wishing you all a delightful holiday season!
Thank you for sharing your child(ren) with us, and as always, please reach out with any questions or concerns!
With Lancer Pride,
~Mrs. Jessica Cramer
December 7th Events
Please join us on the evening of December 7th for some family fun! There will be a Game Night sponsored by our Mental Health Team and a Spaghetti Dinner to benefit the Washington D.C. trip for our 8th and 9th graders. There is also a Boys JV and Varsity Basketball game that night.
Most importantly, we hope that you will come out and vote on the Capital Improvement Project between the hours of 12 and 8pm and/or stop in for some spaghetti or play a game with your family. For more information on the Capital Improvement Project click here.

PBIS Assembly
The PBIS Student Committee, along with Mrs. Kohlstaedt, Mrs. Carlie, and Mrs. Terranova, planned a fun and engaging assembly on November 20th. The student-led committee planned minute-to-win-it games for some of our students to play on stage. All student names were entered into a spinning wheel and several were randomly picked to play a game. A few teachers and staff were also recruited to play the Shake Your Tail Feathers game.
Most importantly were the students who were recognized as being Lancer Leaders. Congratulations to the following students:
