Quetzal News
May 1 2024
From Ms. O's Desk
Dear Quetzal Families,
As we start the last month of this school year filled with learning, growth, and community spirit, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the incredible individuals who make our school a beacon of excellence: our teachers.
Next week marks Teacher Appreciation Week, a time when we pause to recognize and celebrate the dedication, passion, and tireless efforts of our educators. It is a moment to express our profound gratitude for the vital role they play in shaping the minds and futures of our students.
Our teachers are the heart and soul of our school community. They inspire, motivate, and empower our students to reach their fullest potential, both academically and personally. Their unwavering commitment to excellence sets the standard for educational achievement, and their compassion and care create a nurturing environment where every student feels valued and supported.
I am continually inspired by the creativity, resilience, and passion that our teachers bring to their classrooms each day. Whether they are adapting lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our students, providing extra support to those who need it most, or simply offering a listening ear and words of encouragement, their impact extends far beyond the walls of our school.
As principal, I am privileged to witness firsthand the profound difference our teachers make in the lives of our students and the broader community. Their dedication to fostering a love of learning, instilling values of kindness and respect, and nurturing the whole child is truly commendable.
So, to all of our remarkable teachers, I say thank you. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and your unwavering commitment to our school community. Your passion for teaching and learning shines brightly, illuminating the path to a brighter future for all.
During this Teacher Appreciation Week, let us take a moment to reflect on the profound impact our teachers have had on our lives and express our heartfelt gratitude for all that they do.
With sincere appreciation,
Claudia Olaciregui, Principal
