Keeth Elementary
Principal's Message 10/11/24
Keeth Families,
Today is Friday, October 11th. We hope everyone is safe and has come through Hurricane Milton in a positive manner. We are sending love and prayers to those in need, please don't hesitate to reach out to our school staff if you have needs that we can help you with or if we can connect you with other resources. Our campus had minimal damage and will be ready to open on Tuesday, October 15th, we are looking forward to seeing everyone then. We would like to send out our appreciation to Cross Life Church of Oviedo for sending an amazing crew to help clear our campus of downed debris.
We have a PTA Spirit Night at Dairy Queen on Tuesday, October 15th from 5pm-8pm, and were considering rescheduling, but upon reflection, we would like to take this time to connect and share fellowship with our Keeth family. If you would like to join, please consider coming between the hours of 4pm-6pm
Stay Safe,
Mrs. Tilley
Principal's Message 10/4/24
We had another fun filled week at Keeth Elementary. On Tuesday, we had a great turn out for the PTA Bookfair and the Keeth Elementary Family Reading Night. Thank you to the many volunteers who made both of these events a great success. Our gifted and talent development students are working hard with Mrs. Richardson and were learning all about plot, theme and characters in a text.
If you are picking up your child in the car line in the afternoon please remember to have your car sign displayed clearly in the car. If you do not have a car sign, for saftey and security, you must park and enter the front office and have your ID checked to confirm you are designated as an approved adult to pick up. Car signs must be displayed until your child enters the car. If you need additional car signs please visit the front office.
Picture day was Thursday. If you missed picture day, picture re-take day will be November 7th.
Enjoy your weekend!

Happy Friday!
Even though we had a “PAWS” for a hurricane to come through, it has been a great week at Keeth Elementary! Our Kindergarten students celebrated learning the letter “P” by wearing their PJs and having story time with Mrs. Brown and me. They were a great audience for our read-alouds.
Thank you to everyone that donated to our Cougarthon and helped us reach our goal. All students will get to participate in our Carnival Game Day on October 21, 2024. All proceeds will be used at the school to support students and teachers.
Picture Day is Thursday, October 3, 2024. Flyers are coming home today.
Last, but not least, our PTA Bookfair starts Monday, September 30th and runs through October 4th. Don’t forget to complete the permission form for students to be able to shop during the day. There are also family shopping hours each day 7:30am-7:50am. Family Reading Night is Tuesday, October 1, 2024, and will have fun make and take activities, as well as book fair shopping.
Have a great weekend!
Mrs. Tilley

Happy Friday!
We had another great week at Keeth Elementary! Our 5th graders became detectives this week to solve a whodunit crime. They solved 10 reading comprehension challenges in order to get clues to eliminate their suspects. So who really did the crime? You'll have to ask them!
We are getting so close to reaching our goal in the Cougarthon Fundraiser! We are only about $3,400 away from reaching our goal of $20,000. We can do it Cougars! Consider donating $10.00 or more dollars and we can exceed our goal! We have a special weekend bonus this week. Make any donation of at least $5.00 or more and you will receive a fun Circus lollipop. (see flier).
Have a wonderful weekend,

Happy Friday!
It has been amazing this week to see the growth our students are already making! We appreciate your support with helping our students be prepared for school each day and to arrive on time. Attendance Matters!
We are getting close to our goal for our annual Cougarthon Fundraiser. Thank you to those that have donated! If you have not yet donated, please consider giving just $10 per family. It goes a long way towards supporting our students and staff.
I have had several questions from families about the new online forms. To clarify for those who have reached out, if you check no on the “Local Use” item, your student will not be able to be in the yearbook.
If you have any questions about the online forms, please reach out to either the school at 407-320-5350 or to the Help Desk at 407-320-0350.
Have a great weekend!

Happy Friday!
It has been another outstanding week at Keeth Elementary. We had a lot of families in attendance at our 2nd-5th grade Curriculum Night. Thank you for braving the weather to attend this important event. Student success is a team effort, "One Community, One Family, We Are Keeth".
We had our Cougarthon Fundraiser kickoff on Thursday in the multipurpose room! Students had fun playing carnival style games against the special area teachers. So far, we have raised $4,460.00 of our $20,000 goal. Pleases consider participating in this fundraiser, which will run through Friday, September 27th. 100% of all monies donated support Keeth students and staff. Please see last week's Principal Message for how we used last year's funds. Thank you for helping support our school, we couldn't do it without you.
