Is there an irrigation expert in the house?!
Calling any irrigation experts! We need your help. Our garden irrigation is causing a muddy mess and we need a diagnosis of what needs to be fixed. Once we know that much, we can take it from there. If you are knowledgeable about irrigation, we would love your advice/expertise.
Please contact the office and ask for Ms. Miller or Ms. Masters. 619-344-3500

August Highlights
Wow! Just the first few weeks of school have brought a lot of growth already. For our little ones, the fear they had the first couple of weeks has dissipated, and they're making new friends and getting to know each other. For our older ones, they are taking responsibility in their learning and are seeking to grow as leaders. Please enjoy these photos from the first couple of weeks...
Have you seen our award?
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our staff, Valencia Park has been named one of America’s Healthiest Schools for 2024 by Alliance for a Healthier Generation. We proudly have the award banner in front of our main office gate. We are one of 879 schools recognized across 30 states for supporting the health and well-being of students, staff, and families.
Valencia Park was recognized for implementing local school wellness policies. With your support, we hope to achieve recognition again next year too!

Leader in Me Updates
What is "Leader in Me?"
Student Lighthouse Team Shoutouts
At the end of last year, we invited the 3rd/4th grade students to apply for this year's Student Lighthouse leadership team. We are so excited for the 42 students who have already begun meeting to plan how they can lead schoolwide initiatives! A huge thank you to all of the students who helped us welcome in our students to a new year. Special shoutout to Anna, Myra, and Itzel for coming in before school even started to speak at our UTK/Kindergarten orientation!
