Girls Flag Football completed the regular season with a forty one to twenty four win against Sage Creek High School. Thank you to our coaches and athletes on an amazing inaugural season. The Knights will begin their CIF playoff run on Thursday, November 14 at 6PM at San Marcos High. The Knights will play the winner of Patrick Henry High School and San Dieguito Academy. Go Knights!

The Knight's completed a clean sweep of the Palomar league last week with a win on senior night against Del Norte High School. The San Marcos Football team secured their second Palomar League Championship in as many years. The team will be competing in the CIF Playoffs as the number one ranked team in Division one. Come out and support the Knight's on Friday, November 22 as they take on the winner of Del Norte and Oceanside at San Marcos, kick off 7PM. Good Luck coaches and athletes. Go Knights!

Our Knights Field Hockey team finished the season as the three seed in the Division 1 CIF Playoffs. Congratulations to our coaches and athletes. Field Hockey will host Valley Center High School on Saturday November, 9th, game time is 4PM. Please come out and support our girls as they begin they drive toward a CIF Championship. Go Knights!

As one of the top programs in the county Girls Volleyball earned the five seed in the Open Division of the CIF Playoffs. Their first playoff game was Thursday, October 31st at Westview High School. The girls came into the match seeded lower than Westview but came away with an impressive win. The Knights traveled to Cathedral Catholic on Tuesday, November 5th to compete against the top seeded Dons. The girls came up short in the semi final match but represented San Marcos High School as they always do with poise and amazing effort. Girls Volleyball will compete in the State Regional Tournament which begins Tuesday, November 12th, start time is 6PM. Please check the weekly schedule for location and opponent. Go Knights!

Thanks to our Girls Golf team as they ended their season Wednesday, November 7th at the course at Torrey Pines. Congratulations to Catherine Shi on advancing to Day two of the CIF Championship.

Congratulations to Boys Water Polo on their Palomar League Championship. The Boys Water Polo team ran the table in league going undefeated. The Knights competed against Mission Bay High School on Thursday, November 7th in the first round of the Division 2 CIF Playoffs. After to many over times to count and multiple lead changes our Knights netted the winning goal for a fifteen to fourteen win. Congratulations to our coaches and students on a hard fought upset of Mission Bay High School. Boys Water Polo advances to the next round taking on the Wolverines of Westview. Come out and support the team at Coggan Aquatics Complex at 11:00 AM. Go Knights!

Cross County had a bye last week. While not competing the team has been training for the league final. The girls team will be going into the league final race in holding the third spot in league. The boys are undefeated in league competition and look to win an outright league championship. Come out and see the team as they compete at Kit Carson Park on Saturday November 9th. Go Knights!
